The Lord of the Rings: Duel for Middle-Earth
The Lord of the Rings: Duel for Middle-earth is a two-player strategy game from Repos Production, designed by Antoine Bauza and Bruno Cathala, the team behind 7 Wonders Duel. One player leads the Fellowship and tries to get the Ring to Mount Doom. The other plays Sauron, sending the Nazgûl after Frodo and Sam and spreading his armies across the map.
There are three ways to win: complete the Quest of the Ring, win the support of six different peoples, or take control of Middle-earth. It is for ages 10 and up, and a game takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
